WE ARE 'To respect the girls' voices'

Girls Out Loud Myanmar is called “To respect girls' voices” in English and it is pronounced “A Lay Htar Yan Main Kha Lay Toe A Than” in Myanmar. We are from different regions of Myanmar such as Kachin, Kayah, Rakhine, Yangon, Mandalay, Sagaing, Ayeyarwaddy, Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.

Our group is made up of different ethnicities. Even though we speak different languages, and have different sociocultural norms individually, the group is unique. We are very active and sharp young leaders who are passionate about taking on leadership roles in the country’s future advancement.
